You’ll quickly build context, identify the highest-impact opportunities, and drive pragmatic solutions that balance quality, scalability, and delivery timelines. You’re comfortable switching gears between greenfield development and complex legacy environments, and you bring structure where it’s missing; shaping architecture, improving engineering practices, or aligning stakeholders.

About the job

In this role, you will collaborate with other engineers to build fast, reliable web applications. Our teams often work directly within client teams, ensuring close collaboration and shared ownership of product quality and outcomes.

To be considered a candidate for this role, we expect you to:

• enjoy building complex, high-quality platforms for large user bases

• have +7 years of professional experience with HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and REST APIs

• possess deep expertise in React, Typescript, Node.js and Jest

• understand automated testing, Git workflows, pull request reviews, and multi-team collaboration

• value code quality: readability, testability, and scalability

• be comfortable working in large enterprises with established processes 

• know how to be an effective consulting partner to clients

Ideally, you can also bring expertise in:

• Reactive programming (RxJS, Redux Observables)

• streaming or media applications (audio/video, media players)

• modern frameworks & tools (Next.js, NX, Vite)

• design systems, large modular codebases, localization, and in-app purchases
