About the job

As a Senior Program Manager at DNA.inc, you’ll be both a strategic delivery lead and a trusted partner to our clients. You’ll guide client programs to successful completion by elegantly balancing expectations with coordination of DNA.inc’s delivery teams. Aligning stakeholders, building trust, and maintaining transparent communication both internally and externally is second nature to you. 

You’ll report to our Chief of Staff and work closely with our founders, leadership team, and client partners. This role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on drive to keep complex programs and relationships thriving.

In this role, we’ll look to you to:

• Lead client programs end-to-end—from kickoff to delivery, launch, and iteration.

• Develop and cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders, acting as their go-to advisor on delivery strategy and execution.

• Ensure alignment on priorities, risks, and expectations between our clients and internal teams by establishing a clear engagement model, communication rhythms, and transparent feedback loops.

• Champion a mindset that adds value beyond project delivery

• Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs to keep initiatives on track and clients informed.

• Develop and track success metrics, including client satisfaction, delivery quality, and program impact.

• Lean on a calm, consultative approach in a fast-changing, ambiguous environment

About you

To be considered a candidate for this position, we expect you to have:

• 8 or more years of program or project management experience in digital agency or consulting environments.

• Superpowers in building and cultivating client relationships.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills across disciplines and seniority levels.

• Skilled at balancing delivery rigor with a consultative, partnership-oriented mindset.

• Experience guiding distributed teams in fast-moving environments to successful outcomes.

• Strong understanding of digital product lifecycles and cross-platform development.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and adaptive delivery practices.
